Hi, I’m Casey
Welcome to NexTrain: Innovation meets exceptional training
At NexTrain, we specialize in creating comprehensive training courses and documentation designed to elevate your team's performance. Our certification programs help employees master their roles, significantly reducing the time support agents spend on each call. This means shorter hold times and higher customer satisfaction overall. This also incentivizes employees to continue their learning and gives them control of their career, but we don't stop there.
We also produce engaging video content tailored directly for your customers. These videos can be easily uploaded to platforms like YouTube. With our innovative approach, customers can simply scan a QR code to access quick, informative guides on how to care for the products they've purchased. This approach reduces the amount of calls coming in to begin with.
Join us in revolutionizing customer support and product care through top-tier training and accessible digital resources.
My Approach
My journey through a variety of tech roles, from Verizon FiOS troubleshooting to VoIP systems and networking, has illuminated the need for superior training solutions. Having been responsible for crafting training documentation at every step, the realization was clear—training is so much more than just words on a page. This inspiration led to the birth of NexTrain, where innovation meets exceptional training.
Dream it
Whether you want to give yourself more time for your other work, or a full call center looking to increase customer satisfaction and decrease call times, we have solutions ranging from basic documentation to very involved steps up a learning ladder. All custom built to your business needs.
Build it
First, we will need to figure out what the end goal is. Are we creating videos or PDFs for your customers to put together a product? Are we creating some quick documents for your techs to better help your customers? Are we going all out and creating an entire course and career path for your call center? We can build it all out, but we need to know where we’re starting first!
